Privacy policy

This site belongs to Vlad Voica (“crafted by vlad”), Alba Iulia, Romania. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer your messages. Questions about your data: hello@craftedbyvlad.com.

What I collect

Contact form. When you send the form, I receive your name, email, the optional company or website, the project type, budget range and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request (taking steps before a possible contract) and my legitimate interest in answering messages.

Emails. If you write to me directly, I receive whatever your email contains.

Visit statistics. The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking, so there is no cookie banner.

Who processes the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and runs the contact form.
• Resend, Inc. delivers the form messages to my inbox.
• My email provider stores our conversation.
• If you choose to message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) processes that conversation under its own terms.

Some of these providers are based in the United States and use the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). I don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Messages that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and any legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Just email hello@craftedbyvlad.com. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
