A landing page usually takes 1-2 weeks, a full business website 2-4 weeks. Most of the time depends on how quickly content (texts, photos) and feedback come in. I take on a small number of projects at a time, so I’ll give you a realistic date up front.

For most presentation sites, only the domain. Hosting on Cloudflare’s free plan covers a lot. If your project ever needs a paid service, I’ll explain the cost before anything is switched on, and it’s billed to you directly, not through me.
Yes, if your site includes a CMS, you get a simple editing panel for texts, photos, prices or opening hours. Otherwise, small updates are quick to ask for.
Usually 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site, before launch. For bigger projects, payment is split by milestones.
