The challenge
Follow-up lived in WhatsApp threads and memory, team rosters lived in spreadsheets and the kids’ check-in was on paper. Volunteers needed something simple enough to use on a phone, on a Sunday, in a hurry.
The solution
One app with separate areas for leaders, teams and kids, each showing only what someone needs to do next. Website forms flow straight in, reminders go out on their own, and every action leaves a clear history.
